Lookout Tower - New Information Board

In the autumn of 2022, the wooden stand with the original information sign for the tower collapsed. The vertical wooden beams were directly embedded in the concrete footings, and the wood deteriorated at the point of embedding due to atmospheric conditions. Over the winter, Martin Andráš from Žitenice (yes, the same person who built the tower and equipped it with outdoor seating) repaired the stand, added a metal roof, and Tomáš Hübsch from Tašov manufactured metal U-beams for the wooden beams. Along with his team near the ski lift, they installed the upgraded information sign, which was provided by the association, on March 30, 2023.
