On 22. 2. 2023, the association concluded a contract with the Museum of the City of Ústí nad Labem on granting permission for one-time use of image material, among others, for the association's website. All subsequently published photographs from the Malečov region belong to the collection of the Museum of the City of Ústí nad Labem. Below the photographs is the designation under which they are kept in the museum. In the vast majority of cases, the photographs were taken by the museum worker František Čípa between 1958 and 1965 (his photographs are marked F5xxx), with the exception of the postcards. Some of the photographs taken by František Čípa appear to have been taken twice (there is always a slight shift in the angle of view), as they were taken on negatives and it was not possible to check the image immediately as is possible today with digital photography. They were simply taken "just in case."
The project aims to identify the objects in the field and to take photographs of them documenting their current state, knowing that some objects no longer exist. A comparison of the situation after approximately 60 years will certainly be interesting. Photographs from the present day will be labeled in the same way as those from the museum, but with the date taken added.
