Following the obtaining of the building permit, a meeting was held at the Bishopric of Litoměřice on 13.11.2024 with the participation of a representative of the bishopric (construction engineer Ivo Fiedler), a representative of the parish of Proboštov (Dean Karel Havelka), and the chairman of the association. At the meeting, it was agreed that the required amount for plaster repair costs of 500,000 CZK including VAT would be covered without the use of subsidies. The association will attempt to secure 200,000 CZK from donations, while the remaining amount will be paid by the parish. Work on the plaster repair will begin in May 2025, or as soon as weather conditions allow. The chairman of the association committed to donating 20,000 CZK, and Dean Havelka also pledged 20,000 CZK.
The collection of donations to the special account for church repairs, 9661917036/5500, has been initiated. On behalf of its President, the Society thanks all donors in advance. Donations can be made on the basis of a gift agreement, which can be used to reduce the income tax base.
