Installation of the Malečov II Cross Completed

During May 12 and 13, 2023, Martin Šerák, a restorer of cast iron crosses, installed the renovated cross. This took place exactly one year after it was dismantled. A photo gallery of the removal and installation of the cross can be found in the Renovation section.

In agreement with the parish priest, Dean Karel Havelka of the Roman Catholic Parish of Proboštov, the cross will be blessed on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 2:00 PM. All kindred spirits are invited to the blessing ceremony! At the end, a small refreshment will be provided.
